Darbarian and Sons New Home, New Logo!

In November on 2006 Darbarian and Sons HomeBrewery relocated to the West Bradford Section of rural Downingtown. 10 days after they were moved in production began. So far 13 batches of Ales (65 gallons)were brewed with 4 batches of Root/Birch/Cream sodas. The facilities come with a new outdoor propane powered heating/brewing system and dedicated geo-thermal storage space. With the addition of newly acquired brewing equipment D&S is shooting for a 25 batch year.

So far the Brews have been
Mad Darbarian Imperial Ale- Strong Calif style Pale Ale (2 batches)
Bossong's Bitter- English Bitter
Yukon Cornelious's "California Gold" Steam Ale- California Style Steam Ale (2 batches)
Winter Warlock's Cherry Stout- Fruit Flavored Stout
Mad Darbarian Ale- American Pale Ale
Bumbles Porter- Porter with Vanilla
3Kings Winter Warmer-Spiced Scotch Ale
Iron Brewer "Hop Hammer!"- Free Style Ale made with 5 gallons of Pilsner drawn right out of Iron Hill's vats! I experimented by using 8 oz of Hops ( 4 Columbus, 4 siomcoe) and White Labs 099 High Gravity Yeast, packed a whallop! Object is to enter it into competiton with other brews drawn form the same vat for best of judging. to be announced 5/21!
